Hand Me Down Movies: E.T. The Extra Terrestrial

In our latest episode, Peter and Sarah discuss another of our favorite childhood movies, E.T. The Extra Terrestrial, directed by Steven Spielberg and written by Melissa Matheson. We also pay tribute to its cinematographer, the late Allen Daviau, who sadly passed away this week from complications related to the coronavirus.

We also talk a little (very little) about its infamous ripoff, MAC and Me, a movie we might not have remembered that fondly, but certainly watched enough as kids. We also get a little into Ziggy’s love of DreamWorks’ Trolls and, by association, Earth Wind and Fire.
